Mora, Amorillo Turning Stock
Mora Amarillo (Mora insignis) comes from Northeastern South America. It is a light red-brown with a pale yellow heartwood.
It has a medium/coarse texture with straight grain and natural luster.
It is is a durable wood that is resistant to insects and used for flooring, boatbuilding, heavy (exterior) construction, and turned objects.
