Returns

• All returns must be within 45 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• All lumber and products being returned must be uncut/unopened and in their original form and/or packaging.
• No returns of custom orders or mill work.
• If original payment was made by check, refunds will be delayed up to two weeks to allow the original check to clear.

Cutting Policy

• Lumber must be purchased prior to cutting.
• We will rough cut lumber and plywood for transportation only.
• There is a 4 foot purchase minimum on all lumber, and there must be 4 foot minimum left over.

Planing Policy

• 50 board feet or less = $10 + $1/bf.
• Over 50 board feet = billed at hourly shop time of $125/hour with a minimum of $75/half hour.
