Goosebay stocks a large selection and variety of live-edge slabs in various thicknesses. There are exotic live edge slabs and burls as well as domestic species such as pine, maple, ash, figured maple, walnut, butternut, and cherry. Thicknesses generally are 5/4 to 12/4 (1.25 to 3 inches) and the slabs are kiln-dried for stability.
The prices vary by species and thickness. Pricing is done by the board foot, which is a volume measure. Pricing starts at $5 per board foot.
These slabs are generally suitable for tabletops, bar tops, mantles, benches, shelves, desktops, cutting boards, or even guest registers at events.
